How to Reach Us

The Admissions and Records Office, like many other campus offices, is operating remotely to help reduce the risk of coronavirus. While you won't be able to visit us in person during this time, you can still access many of our services

We will respond to your requests as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, understanding and flexibility.

Winter 2020 Excused Withdrawals

If you were unable to complete a course in the 2020 winter quarter for reasons related to the coronavirus, you can still drop and receive an excused withdrawal, but you must submit your request by 11 p.m. on Sunday, April 5 (deadline extended). If you need an excused withdrawal for a particular course, please send an email addressed to both

Be sure to include your eight-digit CWID and please use the email account that you have listed on your student records, so we can verify your information. You must copy your instructor on the email. The request cannot be processed until your instructor responds with an email indicating their consent.

You will be allowed to repeat the course; it will not be counted against the limits on repeating courses. But you will need to check with the Financial Aid Office regarding whether this affects your eligibility status for aid.

Here are some of the things you can do online or by email
