Welcome Vendors
The Office of College Life offers vendors the opportunity to sell their new merchandise to our students and staff during each of our academic quarters.
Sales take place Inside in the Campus Center Main Dining Room or Outside in the Main Quad.
De Anza will Provide Tables (2 at 3’ x 6’ each) and Chairs (2) Inside;
However, Vendors Must Provide Their Own Tables, Chairs and Canopies Outside.
Total selling area is approximately 10’ x 10’.
Table size, selling area and location are subject to change.
Vendor Space Rental Fees for Fall, Winter and Spring Quarters
Merchandise Based Vendors
(i.e. Books, Clothing, CDs, Jewelry, Watches, etc.) $30.00 per day (Monday - Thursday)

Client/Service/Marketing Based Vendors
(i.e. Banking, Cellular, Discounts, Insurance, Legal, Marketing, Memberships, Newspapers, etc.) $60.00 per day (Monday -Thursday)

- Summer Quarter vending fees for each day are at 50% off the rates listed above
($15.00 and $30.00 per day respectively).
- Please be aware that the vendor fee is subject to change.

How to Apply
Mail In or Bring In (DO NOT Fax In or Email In) the following five (5) items
(Mail In is the best and preferred method but must be done at least two weeks before your requested dates to allow for mailing and processing time):
- The Vendor Space Rental Form (see application PDF file below)
- Your California State Seller’s Permit Number Written on the Form* (usually only required for Merchandise Based Vendors)
- The signed Vendor Space Rental Agreement (see application PDF file below)
- A check or money order (ONLY) payable to “De Anza College Life”
(NO CASH, AND NO CREDIT, DEBIT OR ATM CARDS)
- A business-sized (#10) self-addressed STAMPED envelope (applications will not be processed without one). The envelope is required even if you bring in your application AND it is over one week from your requested dates (and of course anytime you mail it in as well).
* Seller’s Permits can be obtained from the California State Board of Equalization (http://www.boe.ca.gov/).
