Student Accounts

Funds for Student Activities, DASB, ICC, Clubs, and DASB-funded campus programs are administered through Student Accounts.

Student Accounts services include:

  • Cash boxes and roll tickets for student events
  • Cash disbursements for DASB budget, club and trust accounts
  • Cash receipts for DASB Revenue, Club and Trust Accounts
  • Taking payment for your student book loans from Financial Aid
  • Processing Purchase Requisitions for capital purchases *
  • Processing Independent Contractor payment requests *
  • Processing hiring papers *
    * To be forwarded to district office

Office Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters.
Summer Quarter, holiday, and school break hours are subject to change.
