WelcomeSummer 2013 Vietnamese class suspensionThank you for your interest in the Vietnamese department at De Anza College. In order to reduce the impact of budget cuts to the Vietnamese department schedule for Fall, Winter and Spring quarters of AY 2013-14, the department will not be offering Vietnamese language classes for Summer 2013. We look forward to seeing you in class this Fall, 2013! Vietnamese is one of many world languages taught at De Anza. We provide a wide range of course levels to meet the needs of our students, including introductory and/or elementary sequences for all foreign languages offered, and intermediate and advanced courses for some. If you have studied a language at another institution, to accurately assess your past instruction ( and support your success in further Vietnamese language study) we require a World Languages Prerequisite Clearance to register in any class level VIET 2 or higher. If you would like to speak with or email an instructor, see our Vietnamese department faculty list. Please follow these general rules to decide which course level is best for you.
