Urdu Department Closed Effective Fall 2012

We thank the students and community for your support of the Urdu Department. Effective Fall 2012, the Urdu Department at De Anza College has been closed.

One factor for department closure was the low completion and transfer rates in longitudinal studies of Urdu class enrollments, and another factor was the statewide budget crisis for post-secondary schools.
