College & University Representative Visits

College and university admissions representatives are available to meet with students by appointment or drop-in.

The Transfer Center schedules college/university representative visits throughout winter, spring, and fall quarters.  Please check the following list of College & University Representative Visits regularly for updates.

Visits from the four-year institutional segments listed below are scheduled during Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters:

Transfer Center

NOTE:  When scheduling an appointment online, only OPEN appointment times will appear.
If you are unable to select a specific name, date/time it is because the college/university representative appointment times are fully booked.

IMPORTANT:  Appointments with university representatives are in short supply.  Please cancel
self-scheduled appointments online if you are unable to attend so that another student may be able to schedule an appointment.  You are also welcome to contact the Transfer Center at (408) 864-8841 or stop by if you need to cancel or reschedule.  We appreciate your cooperation.

You can also meet with college and university representatives at Information Tables.  Most Information Tables are located in the Campus Center or Main Quad where you can stop by between classes to meet a university representative, ask questions, and acquire reference materials.  No appointment is ever necessary to talk with a representative at an Information Table.
