Transfer by Campus - Sonoma State University

If you are interested in applying to any CSU from De Anza you can improve your chances for successful transfer with careful planning and course selection.  Students are advised to consult with a De Anza College counselor or academic advisor periodically to confirm their choice of classes and to develop an education plan for transfer.  Some four-year college and university admissions representatives schedule visits to the De Anza campus and are available to meet with prospective applicants in person.

Transfer applicants may want to become familiar with the key elements for transfer to the CSU, which include satisfying CSU transfer admission requirements.  In addition, students may review the CSU requirements for general education, major preparation, and impacted majors prior to meeting with a counselor, academic advisor or admissions representative.

Students are advised to consult with a De Anza College counselor or academic advisor as early as possible to confirm your choice of classes and to develop an education plan for transfer.  To schedule an appointment with a De Anza counselor or academic advisor visit the Counseling & Advising Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Student & Community Services Building.
