Drop In Tutoring

Math, Sciences & Technology Resource Center in S-43:

• Winter 2011 S43 Drop-in tutoring schedule

• We provide drop-in tutoring for all Math, Sciences, Engineering and CIS courses. Just log in on the login computer with your De Anza Student I.D and sit on the appropriate subject tutoring tables to get help.
• Drop-in tutoring is ideal if you need short-term help or if you have brief questions for a tutor. No appointment is necessary for drop-in tutoring in S-43. The time limit for drop-in tutoring is 5-15 minutes per session. Students can have multiple sessions in a day.
•  Our tutors are a combination of De Anza students, faculty and volunteers. Tutors do not complete or correct your homework for you, but do help you develop the confidence and problem-solving skills to do so yourself. You can get the most out of tutoring if you come prepared and know what to expect.
