How To Apply

Visit the SSRS office located on the second floor of the Student and Community Services Building (SCS) and fill out an application during the open enrollment period. Applications submitted after the open enrollment period will be considered on the basis of space availability and eligibility guidelines.  Call our office at (408) 864-8470 for more information.
