Enhanced Searchable Course Catalog: Course DetailCatalog Academic Year: 09-10E S 79: Renewable and Alternative Energy Systems
Prerequisites:Advisory: English Writing 211 and Reading 211 (or Language Arts 211), or English as a Second Language 272 and 273. Course Description:An introduction to the potential for renewable and alternative energy systems when adding power generation capacity for a site or large facility. Life-cycle cost comparisons between renewable energy systems and conventional power generation and the added potential of reducing peak power demand will be emphasized.
