Evacuation Training Drill, August 19

Dear Colleagues,

As a part of our ongoing emergency preparedness training, on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. we will be conducting building evacuations, simulated medical triage, and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) training.

The building monitors will be evacuating building occupants to the football field. The safety of everyone on campus is our top priority, so please follow their instructions and evacuate in a calm and orderly manner.

There are a number of classes on campus that morning which will not be evacuated. The deans,  faculty members, and building monitors for these classes have been notified.
