Welcome to HUMI 1. I am delighted that you are pursuing this course. I have been teaching humanities and art history courses at De Anza since 1992. I look forward to guiding you through the material. The best way to reach me is by email.
This course introduces you to the study of creativity in human life; its sources, development, social purpose, and role in culture change.
