J2W Student Evaluations
We utilize CourseEvalHQ to administer official J2W student evaluations via Canvas. Online instructors can expect an email during the second week of the term (Fall, Winter and Spring) inviting them to sign up for a J2W evaluation for their online course(s). Like traditional J2 Evaluations, faculty must select a designee to appropriately distribute the results of the evaluation(s). Both instructors and designees will receive instructions and additional information during the term.

J1 Administrative & Peer Evaluations
Faculty who need an administrative or peer evaluation performed in their online courses should email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the evaluator be added to their course(s). In your request, please specify the week you'd like your evaluator added to your course. Evaluators will be removed from the course at the end of the evaluation period.
