CNN article highlights De Anza's outstanding transfer rates

De Anza's transfer rates are among the best in the nation, as reported in a June 7 CNN article on choosing a college.

"For those looking for a school that will boost their odds of transferring to a four-year institution, College Measures [a research organization] found about three dozen community colleges across the country with success rates of at least 70%. In California, for example, 74% of the 1,889 freshmen who started full time at De Anza College in Cupertino, Calif. in the fall of 2007 graduated or transferred within three years."
