Getting Started with E-mail

  • Log in and access your e-mail at email.fhda.edu with your De Anza 8-digit CWID and password that you use to log in to MyPortal.

MyPortal Faculty Tools

MyPortal provides functions you'll need to manage Admissions and Records aspects of your classes.

Reasons to use MyPortal include

  • Accept faculty contracts

  • Print up-to-date class rosters, including first day

  • Drop students before deadlines

  • Verify your census day online

  • Submit grades

  • Send e-mails with attachments to students

  • Get messages from the college
  • Use Course Studio, a group communication tool for each of your classes for posting documents, links and announcements inside MyPortal.

Along with MyPortal for e-mail, De Anza provides different ways for faculty to communicate online with students.
