Outside Agency Scholarships

  • California-Hawaii Elks Association Vocational Grant The program is open to any prospective applicant, residing in California or Hawaii who is an American Citizen, planning to pursue an eligible vocational/technical course, above and supplemental to high school or preparatory school level. Deadline: Open

  • Scholarship Experts search engine offers over $20,000 in free scholarship money to students this year. Deadline: Open
  • College Resource Net provides you with useful resources and college planning tools so you can make informed decisions about your college education. Deadline: Open
  • Silicon Valley Community Foundation administers a variety of scholarship programs that grant between $500 and $17,000 to high school, community college and university students. The majority of our scholarships are designated for current or former residents of San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Deadline: Varies
  • The Club Estrella Scholarship program is intended for Latino high school and community college graduates that intend to continue higher education. Deadline: June 14, 2014
  • Just Walkers Mobility Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students with a mobility disability. Deadline: June 30, 2014
  • Console & Hollawell Paralegal Scholarship is open to students attending community colleges, technical schools or business schools in the United States pursuing degrees or certifications in paralegal studies, legal assistant, court reporting or other law-related field.Deadline: July 15, 2014
  • Alternate Energy, Inc. Scholarship for Hawaiian students (Hawaii residents and out-of-state students studying in Hawaii are eligible) Deadline: July 27, 2014
  • Silicon Valley Power, the City of Santa Clara's Electric Utility, will provide tuition grants to students with a goal of entering a field related to energy services, public power, and/or the power industry. Up to three scholarships will be awarded at $5,000 each.Deadline: October 1, 2014
  • Jan Egerton and Don Smitley Mesothelioma Scholarship is available to students in colleges and universities throughout the United States. Their goal is to help the educational efforts of students while raising awareness of mesothelioma and the dangers of asbestos. Mesothelioma is a disease that affects men and women – both young and old. Deadline: October 7, 2014
