There are only two dates you will need to remember for this class.

#1 Class Orientation
Wednesday, April 16, 2008 5:00 PM, De Anza Library Internet Lab.

#2 Last day to turn in assignments & final exam.
Thursday, June 26, 2008 1:00 PM

Our class orientation is optional but will be our only class meeting so please try to attend. We will use the time to briefly introduce ourselves, answer questions, and begin working on Assignment #1. The Library Internet Lab is on the 2nd floor of the De Anza Library.

The second date, Thursday, June 26, 2008 1:00 PM, is when all assignments and the final exam need to be in my e-mail box. No exceptions. Thanks. If I have not received the five assignments and final by this time and date, you will receive an F for the class.

Although there are no "due dates" during the quarter, you will enjoy this class so much more if you don't leave the assignments and the final till the last minute. Honestly.

The assignments are not difficult, but meant to introduce you to Internet searching techniques that you can use for a long time. So please, enjoy the class, learn the skills, but don't wait till the last minute. ok!
