Ongoing Opportunities

Technology Training

Comprehensive technology training resources are offered through the Foothill College Krause Center for Innovation. Classes are offered in teaching and technology, Excel, Dreamweaver, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign and much more.

Walking for Your Well Being

Several weekly walking times have been established for colleagues to get some fresh air, exercise and have a chance to socialize. Currently, the walks are at a moderate pace for about 30 minutes. Wear comfortable walking shoes, and feel free to try different days and times to see what works best for you. The walking schedule for this fall is:

• Tuesdays from 4:15 to 4:45 p.m. Meet Joyce Feldman at the main entrance to the ATC.
  
• Wednesdays from 7 to 7:30 a.m. Meet Mary Kay Englen at the entrance to the track.
  
• Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to noon. Meet Silvia Bichler in front of the Bookstore.
  
• Fridays from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Meet Bill Baldwin and Margaret Obenour in front of Forum 5.
