Business 54: Business Mathematics

am not teaching this class this year.)
This course provides
students with knowlege of basic mathematical operations and how they
are applied to the field of business. Topics include arithmetic
with whole numbers, fractions and decimals, percentages, word problems,
markups, discounts, inventory valuation, depreciation, various types of
loan calculations including mortgages, interest calculations, an
introduction to financial statements, and an introduction to business
statistics.
