Request an Events Calendar Account
De Anza Faculty and Staff
De Anza faculty and staff who coordinate department or program events, including student activities, are encouraged to sign up for an Events Calendar Account for direct posting to the calendar system.
To get started, e-mail the Web Team at webteam@deanza.edu with the following:
- Your Name
- Department
- Position
- Phone Number
Note: Only requests from @deanza.edu or @fhda.edu e-mail addresses will be accepted.
You will be provided an Events Calendar account for submitting, editing and deleting events within the De Anza public Events Calendar system.
See the list of event details you'll want to have ready when posting an event to the events calendar system.

Student Clubs and Organizations
Please e-mail your request for an event posting with your event information to Dennis Shannakian at shannakiandennis@deanza.edu in the Office of College Life.
