Apply thru Taleo to become part of the Temp Opportunities Pool of interpreters here at De Anza College. All applications and documents are submitted online. 

Even though you may have worked for De Anza in the past, this will be the first time you are filling out an application on Taleo. You should apply as a "New Applicant," and it is very important to have a current resume showing all your work experiences to the present time

Once you have applied and HR processes your application, you are then eligible for on-going or sub assignments.


IMPORTANT: Once you have started the application process, you must complete it in one sitting. Closing out before you have completed will reset the process and delete all progress you have made.

TB Testing 

You may also need to have a current TB test, especially if it has been a while since taking an assignment.  You can go to the Health Office here on the De Anza campus to get the TB test, and the results will be sent to us.  

Health services is located at Hinson Campus Center, Lower Level (below Dining Services). TB testing is only offered certain days and times of the week. If you are directed to have this testing, please refer to the Health Services website for this information at: https://www.deanza.edu/healthservices/medicalservices/immunization.html


It may be required for you to have fingerprints taken from the Campus Police department. Fingerprinting services is located at Hinson Campus Center, Lower Level (below Dining Services). If you are directed to provide fingerprints, please do so. Locations and times fingerprinting is processed is: http://hr.fhda.edu/_downloads/LivescanServiceandTBTestingS.pdf
