Whether by pre-scheduled appointment or drop in, preparing for your meeting and what documents to bring will depend on the reason for your appointment.

What's your reason?

Review Academic Progress to Graduate or Obtain Degree or Certificate
  • check markPrint your degree works audit.

  • check markBring those documents to your meeting with a counselor.
Evaluate Academic Progress to Transfer
  • check markPrint the following documents:
    • DegreeWorks audit. 
    • ASSIST agreement that applies to the university you are transferring to,
    • Transcripts
    • IGETC or CSU GE pattern and circle the courses you have taken

  • check markBring those printed documents to your meeting with a counselor.
Request Financial Aid Extension
  • check markAssure you have all documents on the checklist provided by Financial Aid Office

    • You will not be able to see a counselor unless you have the documents on the checklist available.
Returning Former Student
