Associated Programs

The Early Learning Quality Improvement Program (ELQuIP) combines Palo Alto Community Child Care (PACCC), The Provider Connection, De Anza College, and our local community centers to deliver college courses on child development to your neighborhood.

Neighborhood Learning for College Units

CORE Child Development Classes in Spanish

Family Child Care Provider Mentor Program
Mentors become community leaders and Mentees improve the programs of their organization.

ELQuIP Neighborhood Focus Group Workshops
Sixty workshop hours are available and count as CARES Professional Growth.
