ARTS 58 Bench Project

The bench project was an outgrowth of the furniture design class Arts58. Students competed for design approval of benches made out of reclaimed and recycled materials.  Installation of student-crafted benches in the Visual & Performing Arts Center outdoor patio was completed in 2009-2010.

The ARTS 58 Bench Project was funded by the Art on Campus Committee and DASB. Learn more about the Creative Arts Division Furniture Design Program.
